Creating a contract template

The onboarding process for new employees often involves signing various contracts and documents. Creating and deploying contract templates with digital signatures is a modern and efficient way to automate and simplify this process.

  1. Creating content with signature: Go to the content library, where you will create new content 'Content with signature' of type 'Document for signing'.

  3. Using placeholders: In the contract text, use placeholders, which are places where specific employee data will later be inserted, such as name, address, position, etc.
  4. Saving content: Do not forget to save the text.
  5. Digital signature: At the end of the text, there is a segment for digital signature, where the new employee will be able to electronically sign the contract.
  6. Deployment to career: All that remains is to deploy the contract template for new employees.

This way, you can easily create and sign contracts with new employees. Digital signing facilitates the process and reduces administrative burden. Moreover, thanks to the use of contract templates, you can ensure consistency and correctness of contracts across the entire organization.
