Creating career templates

Steps to creating templates:

  1. Identify career milestones: Start by identifying key career milestones in your organization, such as onboarding, offboarding, parental leave, and others.
  2. Define processes: For the selected career milestone, define clear processes and steps that are necessary for its management.
  3. Create the template: Add tasks to the template that can be used repeatedly. Include key steps, documents, and interactions with employees.

Now all that remains is to use the template in the employee's career.

Steps to incorporate templates into a career:

  1. Insert the template: Go to the new employee's career and use the "Import template" button to insert your template into the career.
  2. Edit the date: For correct display, you need to enter the date to which the given change relates.
  3. Add tasks: If needed, you can customize the template and add additional tasks.
